By accessing or using Launchpadly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Submissions
All submitted startups must be genuine, functional products or services. Spam, clones, and misleading listings will be rejected or removed without refund. Free tier submissions require a Launchpadly badge displayed on your website.
Paid tiers
Paid launch tiers are non-refundable once the listing goes live. If your submission violates our guidelines, we reserve the right to remove it without refund.
Upvotes & rankings
Upvote manipulation, bot traffic, or coordinated fake engagement will result in permanent bans. Rankings reflect genuine community interest.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of your startup content. By submitting, you grant Launchpadly a license to display your listing, logo, and description on the platform and in marketing materials.
