te²mpo is a people-aware Gantt chart built around a simple idea: a project plan should know when the people doing the work are actually available.

The timeline accounts for each person’s working week, public holidays and time off. Tasks can be shared across people in different countries, weekends are non-working by default, and overtime can be marked when someone needs to work a weekend or public holiday.

Projects are organised into epics and tasks. When an epic is ready, it can be committed to turn its dates into a baseline. From then on, te²mpo measures date changes against what was originally committed and asks for the reason when work slips. Dependencies and milestones surface conflicts without automatically moving the plan.

Teams can see upcoming work and risks from their Overview and receive daily and weekly digests. Retrospectives show what held, what slipped and why, and what was added after the plan was committed, alongside anonymous team feedback.

te²mpo also includes task dependencies, milestones, custom statuses, comments and @mentions, watchlists, audit history, team availability, cross-workspace search, a mobile agenda and a tablet-friendly timeline.
