About
continuu.it is a project continuity tool for founders and builders who juggle too many projects and keep losing the thread. It keeps every project, task, idea, note and routine in one place, and logs where you left off, what’s blocking you and what comes next, so returning to a project after days or months takes minutes instead of an afternoon of digging. With built-in AI, it summarizes your progress and helps you decide what to tackle next, and it connects to Claude via MCP so your assistant can read and update your projects directly. Available on web and iOS.
